Thomas Tuchel insisted he was not surprised by Andreas Christensen’s incredible goal for Denmark at the Euro 2020.

Christensen performances at the competition were certainly full of surprises.
First, he was among the fastest players at the Euro in terms of top speed with a record of 33 km/h.
Then, his long-range strike in Denmark’s win over Russia, which helped secure his country’s place in the knock-out stages.
Tuchel says he has already seen something similar in Chelsea training.
“Yes, he scores in training and we are aware he has a strong shot,” the manager told Chelsea’s official website.
“But it was a perfect moment for a goal like this, it was impressive.

“Andreas’s performances after [the Christian Eriksen incident] were amazing — like they were for us, and he was a big part of a successful team.”
Tuchel went on to name a few other players who impressed him during the tournament, including Cesar Azpilicueta, Jorginho, and Kai Havertz.
