Over the past week, Abraham has been massively linked with a move away from the Blues, with a number of clubs including Tottenham and Arsenal said to be keen on his signature.

The Telegraph claims Arsenal and Tottenham are watching the Tammy’s situation at Stamford Bridge, with the striker seemingly not part of Tuchel’s plans going forward.

Thomas Tuchel played Abraham just seven times in all competitions between his appointment and the end of the 2020/21 season and has reportedly been placed on the transfer list for £40million.

With that, former Chelsea man Cascarino has been talking about Abraham potentially moving on from west London this summer.

“Tammy is a player who a lot of clubs will want. Whether it’s a loan deal, I’m pretty sure Chelsea will want a big deal elsewhere,” he told talkSPORT.

“They’ll probably want £40m or £50m for him, which might be a big ask in the present climate. But Tammy’s got to play. It’s a big issue if you just sit it out. He’s ended up going down the pecking order.

“He wasn’t even in some of the squads at the end of the season was he.

“So it’s obvious that Tuchel isn’t going to have him as part of his plans, certainly his first 11.”

Former Chelsea striker Carlton Cole had shared the same view as Cascarino and advised Tammy to start a new chapter in his career.

Carlton Cole: “You get to the point where you have got to know your worth.

“He has gone on loan and done really well at Aston Villa, Swansea and came back to Chelsea and done well. They still do not value him the way they should do and the way he feels he should be valued.

“He didn’t play at the backend of last season and he is not in Thomas Tuchel’s plans obviously because he didn’t play.

“Tuchel doesn’t fancy him and I would look at other options if I were him and say, ‘let me go and be the main man somewhere’.”
