Newcastle United is reportedly interested in signing the Northern Ireland and Manchester United midfielder away from Old Trafford this summer.
Manchester United midfielder Ethan Galbraith announced his departure from Old Trafford in an emotional social media message.
The contract of the 21-year-old will expire this summer, and Manchester United have declined the option of initiating a 12-month extension. They saw little likelihood of recouping a big sum from Galbraith, whose wages would have grown if the extension was granted.
“After 6 years, my time has come to an end with this magnificent club @manchesterunited,” Galbraith posted on Instagram. “I want to thank the club , coaching staff & players for helping me become a better player, a better person and for making me feel at home.
