Bitter Guardiola and Klopp are perplexed as to how Chelsea F.C. was able to spend £323 million during the January transfer window.
Chelsea Online News:

Bitter Jurgen Klopp and Pep Guardiola hit out at Chelsea’s £323m Winter window spending. The Blues completed their deal for Enzo Fernandez from Benfica on deadline day, who arrived for a British record £107 million price, capping off a month of massive spending.
While Man City paid only £8 million for 20-year-old Argentine midfielder Maximo Perrone, Liverpool only spent £44 million for Cody Gakpo.

In the days leading up to Sunday’s trip by City to Tottenham, Guardiola justified his team’s recent spending sprees and expressed amazement that Chelsea are not a “state club.”
In his own press conference prior to Liverpool’s encounter with Wolves, Klopp stated he wouldn’t speak without his lawyer.
According to a source, Chelsea’s spending has provoked a number of reactions amongst rivals: Jealousy, bitterness, admiration and confusion there is even fear about where this could all lead.

Moreover, the eye-watering £323 million Chelsea spent on new players during the January transfer window has many football fans fuming. And some believe it could turn out bad.
In response to his tweet Jimmy stated: “Even as a Chelsea fan you have to admit that level of spending and lack of any plan is odd? After spending £2.5 billion to buy the Club something seems off.”
