Chelsea star Ben Chilwell posted a brilliant two-word message to Chelsea teammate Reece James on Saturday after the away win against Leicester City.
Blues wing-backs James and Chilwell provided an assist each during Chelsea’s 3-0 Premier League victory at the King Power Stadium, which was the perfect way to restart after an international break.
Antonio Rudiger, N’Golo Kante and Christian Pulisic all scored for the visitors.
Chilwell, 24, responded to defensive teammate James on Instagram with the message “granite bones”. Likewise, Antonio Rudiger weighed in with the comment “strong like a bull”.
21-year-old James showed off his raw physicality in the contest, with one memorable incident coming when he sent Leicester centre-half Caglar Soyuncu flying to the floor with his upper body strength.
Chelsea’s right wing-back James is bullying opponents right now, whether that be in the offensive or defensive part of the pitch. Rio Ferdinand said he was “like a man playing against boys” against Leicester.
