While Kalvin Phillips was ill and was unable to attend, other recent additions Julian Alvarez and Stefan Ortega Moreno were also there. However, Haaland received all of the attention, which spread to social media.

This summer, City beat out Real Madrid, Barcelona, and Bayern Munich for the services of Haaland, although the Norwegian international might have joined United years earlier.
