Chelsea Transfer News:

Even though Chelsea has spent more than £150 million on seven new players, there is still a lot of work being done behind the scenes at Stamford Bridge to strengthen Graham Potter‘s team. The winter transfer window still has seven days left.

So far, the first-team group has been expanded to include Benoit Badiashile, Joao Felix, Mykhailo Mudryk, and Noni Madueke. Additionally, this month has seen the arrival of Gabriel Slonina, Andrey Santos, and David Datro Fofana, though it is unlikely that they will become regulars in the senior setup.

Chelsea wants to fill the positions of right-back and central midfield by the end of January. Both are objectives for the Blues. Malo Gusto, 19, would travel to assist Reece James, and according to sources, talks have been had with Lyon about him.

Enzo Fernandez comes next. At the beginning of the month, Chelsea was unsuccessful in their effort to sign the midfielder from Benfica. The Blues are expected to return with a new offer for the World Cup winner, according to reports. Brighton star Moises Caicedo is still a subject of interest.

Potter’s biggest challenge will be adjusting to the new players after January, but that process might be made easier in the upcoming months owing to potential departures…
