
Sports journalist Pete O’Rourke has provided an update on Chelsea’s attempts to lure Erling Haaland from Borussia Dortmund this summer.

Several reports have revealed that Chelsea FC have already agreed basic personal terms with Borussia Dortmund star Erling Haaland.
The 20-year-old Dortmund and Norway starlet’s future has been a constant talking point in recent weeks as he continues to be linked with a possible move away from Borussia Dortmund.
The 20-year-old Haaland is widely known as one of European football’s top attacking talents and the striker scored 27 goals and made six assists in the Bundesliga last season. That’s an impressive one.
The forward is currently enjoying his summer holiday as the speculation about his future goes on.
As has been reported by sources such as the Telegraph, Chelsea are very much interested in signing Haaland, with the player himself open to the idea of moving to Stamford Bridge.
Sports journalist Pete O’Rourke, speaking on The Football Terrace YouTube channel, revealed his belief on the situation, and its good news from a Chelsea perspective.
“Personal terms aren’t a problem, Chelsea will break the bank to get Erling Haaland. Finances aren’t a problem when you’ve got the deep pockets of Roman Abramovich.”
Speakin on Hakimi’s deal, he added;
“The (Hakimi) deal will get done, I think Hakimi will be a Chelsea player next season. I think Inter’s financial situation means they can’t hold out for much longer.”
