We bring you Chelsea’s predicted XI vs Nottingham Forest ahead of their Premier League clash
Chelsea F.C. Online News:

Chelsea will be back in Premier League action when they visit Nottingham Forest at the City Ground on New Year’s Day (4:30pm).

After losing to Bournemouth at home by a score of 2-0 the previous time out, Graham Potter‘s team will be eager to secure back-to-back victories. Forest, meanwhile, will be trying to rebound and leave the relegation zone after their 3-0 loss to Manchester United.

Potter will be without a number of players for the match, including Reece James, N’Golo Kante, Wesley Fofana, Armando Broja, Ruben Loftus-Cheek, Ben Chilwell, and Edouard Mendy, who are all out with injury.

Potter chose to play his side in a 4-3-3 formation at Stamford Bridge, giving his players more freedom. While Kepa Arrizabalaga is expected to stay in goal, there may be some defensive changes.

Cesar Azpilicueta is expected to replace James, who is out with a knee injury, while Thiago Silva may be rested after being knocked out against the Cherries. Trevoh Chalobah could make a comeback, while Marc Cucurella will remain at left back.

Kepa; Azpilicueta; Chalobah; Koulibaly; Cucurella; Jorginho; Kovacic; Mount; Sterling; Pulisic; Havertz
