Chelsea winger Callum Hudson-Odoi has once again made SofaScore’s Premier League team of the week despite Saturday’s 1-1 draw with Burnley.

It is safe to say that Hudson-Odoi, who turned 21 on Sunday, has made the most out of the chances he had in the last couple of weeks.

The absences of Romelu Lukaku, Timo Werner, and Christian Pulisic certainly helped his case, but as Thomas Tuchel previously pointed out, for Hudson-Odoi, playing in his natural position makes a big difference.

Callum Hudson-Odoi's game by numbers vs. Burnley:

100% take-on success
23 passes attempted
21 passes completed
9 touches in opp. box
5 chances created
3 Big Chances created
3 shots
2 shots on target

No player on the pitch created more chances.

The 21-year-old created joint-most chances (five) in the draw with Burnley, including three big chances. He also only lost the ball seven times in the 85 minutes he played.

Unsurprisingly, he made SofaScore’s Premier League team of the week in terms of rating. The list also features fellow Chelsea academy graduate Conor Gallagher, who is currently on loan at Crystal Palace.
