Chelsea stars Callum Hudson-Odoi and Armando Broja were on target for the club during a training friendly.
Given the Blues match against an Irish side was cancelled, they decided to play a scrimmage between themselves as part of their pre-season preparations.
The game was well balanced for its duration, with Hudson-Odi scoring for one side and Broja for the other.

It was a 90 minutes lock-horns in which the 45 minutes of the match were split in two with no break apart from to change ends.
Both goals were scored in the second half. Both halves were of 45 minutes with no break apart from to change ends.

The game took place behind closed doors and it is described on Chelsea’s official website as ‘tight and well-balanced’.
Chelsea players were grouped into two teams with one team putting on blue bibs on top of their training kits and the other team donning only the Chelsea training kits.

It’s reveals that the bibbed side were dominant early in the contest with Davide Zappacosta dangerously running down the wing to put in a cross which nobody could connect with. However, it was Callum Hudson-Odoi who scored for the bibbed, after collecting a pass from Dujon Sterling and he attacked the opposing team with pace and his strike got pass Kepa Arrizabalaga and into the net.
The other Chelsea team responded ten minutes after they conceded as Hakim Ziyech found Armando Broja in the box. The Albanian striker put his shot beyond the Jaime Cumming to make the score 1-1.

The contest ended 1-1 with Hudson-Odoi and Armando Broja being among the standout performers.
Chelsea will hope to be involved in more friendly games as Thomas Tuchel is evaluating all of his options on the returning loanees and youngsters.
