In an effort to sign the Ajax winger to Manchester United before the transfer window closes, Antony’s representatives are in London.

The Brazilian international is a top target for the Red Devils before the transfer window closes on September 1. However, the Dutch champions have already rejected a bid for him.
Ajax is eager to hang onto the 22-year-old after losing manager Erik ten Hag, defender Lisandro Martinez, and a number of other key players to United this summer at a period of significant upheaval for them.
They do, however, acknowledge that everyone has a price, and according to Athletic, the amount they are seeking is €100 million (£84.5 million).
Last week, the Red Devils made a bid of €80 million (£67.6 million) for Antony, but Aax rejected it and demanded a lot more money for one of their key players.
With his representatives currently in England and working hard to complete the transfer, the player is eager to make the move and reconnect with his former management at Old Trafford.
Ajax knows Antony is troubled by the rumors, so they didn’t include him in their victory over Sparta Rotterdam on Sunday.
Although a transfer is imminent before the transfer window closes, there will be some last-minute price haggling, with Manchester United hoping to reduce Ajax’s asking price to under £80 million.
Cody Gakpo, a winger for PSV, is still a backup option for Ten Hag and is far less expensive, but United wants Antony and it looks like they will get their man, even if he will be quite expensive.
