Chelsea’s Mason Mount is not only a football player, he is also a philanthropist.

As if England progressing to the final of Euro 2020 wasn’t enough, this team are not only incredible footballers but excellent role models for the younger generation. Just as Mason Mount showed after the Denmark match on Wednesday.

The latest of England’s role models is Mount. The image above shows Mount leaping over the sponsor boards to gift his winning shirt to a young fan.

The supporter could be seen crying and hugging her father while grasping the shirt.

The England and Chelsea star player was filmed walking off the pitch and into the stadium after his side’s nerve-shredding extra-time win over Denmark.

He approached a young girl wearing a personalised England jersey with ‘Belle’ written on the back.

The Chelsea midfielder handed the shirt to the excited youngster.

She turned around open-mouthed to her father – who picked her up as she sobs into his shoulder.

The video was shared to Instagram by another top fan, with the caption: ‘What a player is Mason Mount.’
