Reliable transfer expert Fabrizio Romano has added Italian international midfielder Manuel Locatelli to the Chelsea mix, speaking via Don Robbie’s YouTube channel today.
Locatelli was all over the Twitter timeline last night after putting in a great performance for Italy, with some Chelsea fans hoping to start their own rumour on him coming to Chelsea.
