According to reports, Chelsea is thinking about loaning out Omari Hutchinson this month.
The Blues are reportedly considering loan options for some of its up-and-coming stars, according to the Evening Standard.
According to the article, 19-year-old Hutchinson is one of the people under consideration for a loan in January. Also mentioned are Gabriel Slonina and Cesare Casadei.
It is clarified that the aforementioned trio would want a transfer to the Championship.
This month has seen Hutchinson play his first two senior-level games, both of which he lost to Manchester City.
The Chelsea talent was utilized by Graham Potter in a Premier League and FA Cup match. The young attacker in training has also “hugely impressed” Potter, according to the Evening Standard.
The left-footed forward moved across London to Chelsea from Arsenal last summer, making his first-team debut as a result.
It appears that the youngster still has a ways to go before he becomes a regular in Potter’s main squad, though.
According to our view, Hutchison should be enthusiastic about the possibility of going on loan during the second half of the season.
With so many players ahead of him at Chelsea, the 19-year-old might benefit greatly from experiencing senior action in the second tier.
For the Blues first team, he is undoubtedly still a little underweight and raw, which is very natural for a player of his age.
Hutchinson should be much better prepared heading into pre-season for the following year if he plays regularly for half a season in the Championship.
