Striker Tammy Abraham has sent an tear-jerking message to fellow Chelsea academy graduate Fikayo Tomori ahead of the latter’s £24million move to AC Milan.

Abraham’s said on his Instagram post: “From the ground up, we grew together, we grinded together, even when they doubted us.

“We’ve come so far! & this is just the start. Good luck in this new challenge. Going to miss you brother.”

What Abraham says:

From the ground up, we grew together, we grinded together, even when they doubted us & the Lord God guided us. We’ve come so far! & this is just the start 🙏🏾 Good luck in this new challenge. Going to miss you brother @fikayotomori go rip it up! Love you bro ❤️ TA x FT

Abraham, 23, looks set to follow Tomori out of Stamford Bridge this summer after rumours surfaced suggesting he would be included in a player plus cash deal for Borussia Dortmund’s Erling Haaland.
