Arsenal FC to terminate contract of Β£72m Arsenal winger
According to reports, Arsenal are ready to cut their losses by sanctioning the termination of the contract of club-record signing Nicholas Pepe.
Nicholas Pepe joined Arsenal for Β£72m in 2019, but has failed to live up to his hefty price tag.
There were moments of brilliance from the Ivorian international, who scored 16 goals during his second season at the club.
However, those performances were to few and far between with Nickolas Pepe shipped off to Nice in Franc this past season.

The loan spell for Pepe did not go as planned, and Arsenal are now ready to let Pepe go.
Although they would prefer to see a return on their investment, the best case scenario may be for both parties to simply part ways given the lack of available suitors.
Arsenal want to complete Declan Rice deal as soon as possible
According to journalist Sam J. Dean, the Gunners will push to sign Declan Rice as soon as possible with a Β£90m-Β£95m bud expected this week.
Dean: βArsenal will step up their pursuit of Declan Rice in the coming days. The midfielder is the priority target and AFC are the clear frontrunners. They want to finalise a deal as soon as possible.β
The Gunners have been laying the groundwork for months and are the favorites to sign Rice.
Deal appears to be pretty likely right now, and the player is also interested. Arsenal made a game-changing move as they aim to contend for the top prizes next season.

Arsenal βhold talksβ with Manchester City star Joao Canselo
According to Sky journalist Dharmesh Sheth, the Gunners have held talks with Manchester City fullback Joao Cancelo over a potential transfer this summer.
Sheth: βThe early suggestions are there is a gap in valuation, in early verbal talks, between the two clubs about what Manchester City would want and what Arsenal would be prepared to offer. Arsenal looking to be very ambitious this summer.β
Joao Cancelo is on a Β£250k per week contract, which could put the Gunners off, but he would undoubtedly help push the club to the next level.
This deal seems unlikely for a host of different reasons, while Arsenal also target Galatasarayβs Sacha Boey and Real Valladolidβs Ivan Fresneda.
