According to reports, Chelsea FC and Paris Saint-Germain have begun discussing a potential summer deal for Neymar.

Neymar was in excellent form for the Ligue 1 champions, scoring 18 goals and contributing 17 assists in 29 games across all competitions until suffering an ankle injury in February that forced him to miss the rest of the season.
However, he has mainly failed to live up to expectations in the French capital and has regularly been the target of criticism from the club’s supporters, which has apparently forced him towards the door of departure despite having a contract at Parc des Princes for another four years.
Chelsea FC are the latest team to put their hat in the ring, according to Le10Sport, after Manchester United and Newcastle were previously rumoured to be interested in bringing him to England.

PSG will seek a “good” price for Neymar in order to reclaim a significant portion of the world-record β¬222 million sum paid to Barcelona in 2017.
According to the source, PSG have picked Manchester City’s Bernardo Silva as a priority target, and the funds obtained will be utilized to land Silver.
